Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
The documentation on the warranty will likely tell you what to do when problems arise.
Failing that, take it to the place of purchase (with receipt & warranty if possible) and ask after your options.
If it's a bulky or heavy TV (and therefore difficult to transport), leave it at home and just take the receipt & warranty in. No point in lugging the thing around if you find out they can't take it back for whatever reason
