How do I access the settings to change the area for local fm frequencies?

Which radio do you own, first of all? Also you MUST unplug any cables from the audio connector - THEN - you can go to "MENU" and select your frequency. If you have an audio cable inserted, nearly every unit will NOT let you select the FM frequency. Okay? Thanks.
