SOURCE: front brake assembly

This is the only thing I could find on a 1972 CB200. Also Google " motorcycle repair manuals honda "
Go to the site below where you can see a parts diagram for your specific bike. You will select the actual brand, year, model, etc., once you go to the site. Part numbers and prices are also shown. You can order parts from this site. In the event no price is shown on a particular part, the part is not in stock. www.babbittsonline.com/pages/parts/viewbybrandand/parts.aspx

Also, the FixYa system is set up such that your posting disappears once it gets a solution. I am posting this as a clarification. This way the listing will not disappear and others will have a chance to help as well.

How to remove impeller Assembly from Troy bilt shredder model 414

You will need to remove the hopper assembly from the inlet guide. Then remove the front (Chute Deflector Assembly). There should be about 13 or 14 screws and a couple of bolts that holds the front assembly to the (Inner Flail Housing Assembly). Once the front chute deflector assembly has been removed, now you will be able to access the Impeller Assembly a lot easier. Your not out of the woods yet. Soak the bolt down that holds the impeller assembly to the output shaft from the engine. WD-40 oil is okay but would highly recommend PB Blaster and that can be found at your local parts store. Let the penetrating oil soak for about 20 - 30 minutes and then remove bolt. After the bolt is out, spray more penetrating oil in the bolt hole to get the penetrating oil to soak between impeller assembly and engine output shaft. The easiest way to remove the impeller assembly from the engine drive shaft is to use a harmonic or a gear puller set. You can rent one from a auto parts store for cheap. Or if you don't have access to a puller set, lightly tap around the bolt hole opening of the impeller assembly with a mid size brass hammer. The vibration of the impact from the hammer should help loosen up the impeller assembly from the engine output shaft. If the light hammering doesn't work, you have no choice but to get a puller kit. Hope this information helps out.

My bike has a very bad vibration when i let the cluch out, the more throdle the more vibration , i have allready change front motor mount ,realiegn motor with back tire, also replaced rear swing are mounts...

I'd have a look at the clutch assembly. Specifically, check the nut that holds the clutch assembly onto the mainshaft. You'll have to take the primary cover off and remove the snap ring from the center of the clutch assembly. The nut is behind the there. It has LEFT HANDED THREADS and torques to 60-80 ft. pounds. If the vibration stops with the clutch pulled in or the tranny in neutral, that's the giveaway. Look for something in that area. It could be the bearing in the inner primary or the bearing inside the final drive gear allowing the clutch assembly to vibrate.

    Good Luck

    Too noisy while running

Sorry to hear that. Mass produced in China or Taiwan units rarely need to pass a quality control check or they get josled about in transit. Some units made by Honeywell with overseas assembly and parts also have this same problem. Cheap labor, cheap parts. It shouldn't be on the part of the user to track down faults, but if you want to try to find the squeaks and vibrations - go inside the unit and look for loose components. Duct tape in the right places does have a calming effect. A little silicone sealer does wonders too! Just be careful! I'll probably get a "thanks for trying" rating but this is just my opinion.
