That's a shame that the name of the company was partially blocked on this site! Anyway, here is the manual for the 7" Digital photo frame. I'm assuming their lines of digital photo frames work quite similar to one another and this may help you out.

your photo frame has not got a built in memory so it can only read pictures from the card you put in and only while the card is inserted. these extra pictures are either on your card, which you can delete yourself via your p.c., or they are stock demo pictures on the picture frame which can't be deleted.if you insert your card before you switch the frame on it should read only the card.
