Question about Jandy Aqualink - Rs24 One Touch Pool / Spa Combination Control System
It seems that your display ic's got surge due to storm. When technician came and removed it from power He simply reset your control system and whatever surge was there in the buffer was gone. Once you kept it again with the power it again started accumulating surge from the power supply which if you will reset will once more go but it will reoccur due to faulty ic. It is recommended if you need permanent solution to send the faulty unit to the company for IC replacement alongwith your comments as it is accumulating surge and display cuts off after a certain period of time. Else if you wish to reset it everytime yourself then below is the link to the pdf manual of your control system in which detailed resetting instructions are provided you can use this for resetting your control system and get your display back.
