Question about RCA Tablets & eReaders
You can plug it into the charger, tried more than 1 and it won't charge up no matter how long you have it plugged in.
Try ordering a new charger, if that doesn't work, it may be that your charging port has loosen or damaged, have someone checkl it, luckily the parts are available on ebay, just make sure to put in the exact model number when looking.

SOURCE: no power
I had the same problem! It's not your charger, it's the tablet.
Most likely, the soddering came apart on the inside of the tablet, on the part that connects the charging port with some important wires. You can either take the cover off and fix it, but if it's like mine, it'll just come apart again.
This is what i did: plug in the tablet, and cross the cord from the right across the screen, to the left, and make sure it's tight. I use a binder clip to make sure it stays and charges.
Now try powering it up....that should work :)

(will not charge or power on)I sent my smartphone in for repair the other day. They told me it was water damage in the charging point
i have never had it near water but apparently having the phone in high humidity places is common for it to happen eg talking on phone under bus stop in the rain, having phone somewhere in bathroom while having shower,
holding phone over hot coffee? hope you get it fixed :p

Hi! I do understand that you are having the problem on the laptop turning on. Try another option, turn off laptop, remove cables and battery, press and hold power button for 10 secs. Reinsert the cables and battery on the laptop. Then turn it on. If the laptop did not turned on, remove the power cable and turned on the laptop. If still didn't, remove the battery and insert the power cable. If still did not work then check if there lights flashed on the laptop when turning it on. If still does not, then you need to contact the pc manufacturer for repair and possible replacement. Otherwise, if there is light on the laptop, then there might be a problem either the battery or the power cable itself. If there is light on the laptop but no power cable, most likely the monitor did not work simply because the battery works due to the fact that there is light on the laptop. On the other hand if there is light when plugging in the power cable on the laptop, then you need to check and insert another battery if it works. Otherwise you need to replace the battery...

SOURCE: tablet won't charge
If it's new bring it back on the warantee, if it is out of warantee, check to see if the power supply is putting out the proper voltage at the plug in tip to the Acer. Make sure the tip is put ALL THE WAY into the hole on the acer.
