Your extension is hardwired to 1 jack, if you plug in somewhere else you'll be lucky if the jack is active with another extension. Someone needs to re-wire your extension in the phone room to your new jack. If it won't activate but says Initialize, then that jack probably has a live fax line or analog extension, but not a digital line that works on your phone.
If you can't play videos once you've successfully installed the YouTube for Mobile app, one of the following issues may be causing the problem:
Your phone may not support streaming video. Check by trying to play a video at http://m.youtube.com
Your streaming video access point may need to be configured outside of YouTube for Mobile. Depending on your phone and mobile data provider, this access point may need to be the same or different from YouTube's. For more help with these settings, please see the "Access Settings" article.
If you've successfully played videos with YouTube for Mobile before, your network connection may not be strong enough at the moment. Please try again later.
Your carrier might block RTSP traffic which is required to transfer the video.
Someone configured a static IP on your network. The DHCP server thinks that IP is free and keeps handing it out to you. You can either trace the equipment (workstation or phone) that has that IP or you can go into the CRAFT menu and assign a static to the equipment (please check with your network or system administrator to see what IP you can assign to your phone. Also talk to your network admin if you are using VLANs)
To get into the craft menu and change the ip address settings
1. during the startup of the phone press the * key when you see "* to Program" during initialization
2. enter 27238#
3. navigate to the ADDR menu
4. change the ip address, call server ip, subnet, router to the correct ip addresses
5. if needed change the http, https, or file server address
6. restart phone

YOUR PROBLEM IS NORMAL. PLS. CLEAN THE CONNECTION POINT BETWEEN YOUR EARPHONE AND YOUR PHONE. IT MUST BE RUSTED SO CLEAN IT PROPERLY WITH A POINTED PIN AND RETRY TO USE YOUR EARPHONE(HANDSFREE)
IF THE PROBLEM IS STILL EXISTS. THE WIRE OF YOUR HANDSFREE'S WIRE MUST BE DAMAGED BY USING IT UNPROPERLY. SO IN THIS SITUATION YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR HANDSFREE WITH A NEW ONE. THIS WILL SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM
