How to find your Chinese Tablet firmwar

Select the driver you need and send it to the irulu as external drive

On the iRulu.com site, scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Download Center link in the Customer Service section. Alternatively, go to directly to https://www.irulu.com/download-center . (Note: this link is valid as of 9/20/2017, it may change.)

I did find a pop-up window for a promotion on iRulu products that needed to be closed before I could look at the serial number/product list after following the link to the Download Center.

(I do not know how long iRulu supports older products. It's possible that the available downloads may not include all of their tablets.)

Go from the Windows icon in the left bottom corner and into settings. From there you go to screen settings to adjust the time and themes

you have to use the phoenix card to reinstall the stock firmware. you can find it at Irulu.com go to drivers. i just did a reinstall using the same process.
