Question about Samsung Televison & Video
I tried most of the options and procedure. Also differentiate the Cathode (R,G,B) but couldn't fixed. There is last option is to open the Factory Reset Settings. I need a procedure to open the Factory settings. (CS-722 ANT) And I also tried the Display>Menu>Mute to open the Factory Settings from where I can reset the whole Tv settings. But this also not works. Could you please tell me the exact functions to open the Factory Settings Menu. May be it will be helpful.
If you can't adjust the green drive and cut-off even by using its service mode, just check all the related component/s at the green output section circuit [at the CRT] board. Replace the Green output transisor. If this do not help you, the main chroma IC might be faulty, Check all the voltages RGB out from it, and verify, if all of it are almost equal.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

If your set has Picture in Picture, I would say your problem is with the PIP module. if it does not have PIP then the problem is most likly in the video switching or the video processor Printed circuit board. if you know anything about solid stae serviceing, there is a modification I will include here for the PIP as the module is no longer available and has to be jumped out of the curcuit.. Good Luck. Follow the picture and instuctions to the "T" PS please do not forget to rate this thread

SOURCE: How do I reset my tv to default.
They must have them made that way so hotel guests cannot change the settings. Maybe there is a reset button on the back somewhere? I don't know of TV's having these. Some dvd players and recorders have them. It could be a small hole too that you have to press the button with a paperclip.
Thats my best guesses.
