I need a procedure to open the Factory settings. (CS-722 ANT) And I also tried the Display>Menu>Mute to open the Factory Settings from where I can reset the whole Tv settings. But this also not works. Could you please tell me the exact functions to open the Factory Settings Menu. May be it will be helpful.

If your set has Picture in Picture, I would say your problem is with the PIP module. if it does not have PIP then the problem is most likly in the video switching or the video processor Printed circuit board. if you know anything about solid stae serviceing, there is a modification I will include here for the PIP as the module is no longer available and has to be jumped out of the curcuit.. Good Luck. Follow the picture and instuctions to the "T" PS please do not forget to rate this thread

SOURCE: How do I reset my tv to default.

They must have them made that way so hotel guests cannot change the settings. Maybe there is a reset button on the back somewhere? I don't know of TV's having these. Some dvd players and recorders have them. It could be a small hole too that you have to press the button with a paperclip.

Thats my best guesses.

I want to turn my TV onto high definition for gaming. How do I do that. I have looked in the menu but cant see an option for the high definition. I just bought a Teac LEV32A1HD. Cheers.

Well, that depends on what you are using for your gaming. If you are using something like a Nintendo 3DS, a PS4, an Xbox One, an Xbox 360, or a PS3 there should be RCA connectors (3 - red, white, and yellow) or on the higher end consoles even an HDMI port, simply plug the cables into the corresponding female connectors on the console and on the back of your TEAC. If you have an HDMI output on your console, get an HDMI cable and plug that in (your TEAC has 3HDMI ports).
Once you have done this, take the TV remote and click "Setup." This will take you to the "Source" screen. In the 3rd section down, you should see HDMI1, HDMI2, HDMI3, and PC. The choice you make here depends on which HDMI port you used for gaming. Choose that one and click the "OK" button on your remote. If you hooked it up correctly, you should see something on the screen relating to your gaming console. If you do, then start playing your game!
If you don't want to or can't use the HDMI ports, your other option is to use the RCA ports. These are colored, usually, red, white, and a third color. Plug the red and white connectors into the corresponding connectors and place the last color (yellow, green, etc.) into the last connector. Follow the above Setup procedure except for choosing the Input. In this case, I believe you should choose the YPbPr input.
If you are using a computer for gaming, you must use an HDMI port. The Setup procedure is the same for setting up a gaming console.
Happy gaming!

High Green Color While Screening

If you can't adjust the green drive and cut-off even by using its service mode, just check all the related component/s at the green output section circuit [at the CRT] board. Replace the Green output transisor. If this do not help you, the main chroma IC might be faulty, Check all the voltages RGB out from it, and verify, if all of it are almost equal.

Sir I've got problem with my sharp 20" standard rca tv model 20v-J300XB. I need to have a service mode procedure to balance its G-drive for it has strong green screen..but if its still not through the...

Have you checked all the cathode voltages (Rg, Bg & Gg)? If not check it. If the Gg voltage is found much less than the other two cathode voltages, the fault might be to the green video output transistor, or its collector load resistor. In service mode too, there are adjustments. All of it cannot be stated here. anyway, check the above stated voltages first. CRT cathodes are negative biased, that is, if the voltage at the cathode become low, the intensity of color to that cathode too. If you wish to get more details, come over by comment. My camera is messed up the screen is like a dark green and i dont know how to fix it ?

if its only green in camera mode then look in the camera options then in fun stuff (like picture frames and stamps) there you will see Color mode this is where you change the color tint to green bloe red etc. Change it to defalult or normal and wah-lah that should fix it. Thats the procedure on my SANYO INCOGNITO **** I have learned that its very similar to other phones as well. Good luck and I hope this helps ya.

What causes the picture to have a green tint

there are 3 color cathode in your TV red, green, blue cathode. The red and blue cathode might not working in your set that is why you have a green screen. Open the back cover of your TV you can immediately see the 3 cathode lamp at the back. Clean the lamp first using a clean clothe. Power up you tv and see whether the 3 lamps are lit. If lamps do not light up,check the circuit board where this lamp is connected re-solder all the components in this lamp. There is also an individual screen adjustment for the lamps it is located at the front panel and labeled RGB screen...try this first and let me know how it goes..

Philips 30PW850H 30" TV screen is completely

hi,
normally color crt tvs have three guns such as red green and blue. when the voltage at the cathode any of these guns go to zero that color will lead in the screen.

in ur case the green cathode voltage is low. that's why the is green on all over the screen.
if it suddenly came then there is a possibility of dry soldering in the pcb behind the picture tubes neck. we called it as base board. which consist of three transistor or one ic for cotrolling cathode voltage of the guns .

if u have a soldering iron the open ur tv and try to re-solder components in the base board. mainly the component with three leg ( if transistor). if there is ic it will have more than 6 legs . if you can try to re-solder all the points. Be care-full that dot make short circuit when soldering. after care full soldering power on the tv and watch the scree. you problem Will solved.

if u need any further assistance from me, feel free to contact me through fixya.
ok

The t/v screen suddenly turned green. the picture is clear but green/no color

Good day! the problem you have posted indicates that the 2 color cathode of your tv is not functioning, it's either that the driver transistor of the red and blue cathode is defective or the crt socket. or maybe the solder point in the crt board needs resoldering. check for some loose connections.

Before you go any further you need to press menu on your remote go to picture press select and then go to convergence press select again then a white cross should apear on the screen. Your objective is to converge or line the blue and green crosses up so that they appear as one cross. After you do this look at the directions at the bottom of your screen. Select the prompt that lets you continue. After you press continue several crosses should appear all over the screen do the same for these crosses as you did on the previous screen. This should solve your problem. If this doesnt fix it there is no high going voltage to your green and blue CRT's (cathode ray tubes). This could be caused by a number of things. I would take it to the nearest service tech being that you are dealing with high voltages comming from the tripler so high that if your hand or tool gets to close it could arc and ground through you even if the set is not connected to the power source
