verify that the drain coming out of the back of the unit is clear, and make sure that the unit is pitched downhill to the outside, you can safely spray some bleach water in a spray bottle on the front of the indoor coil, that will ehlp with the smell after you get the drain cleaned,( you may also have some build up on the indoor coil. I would take the unit outside and thoroughly wash it.

The problem is at the water lines behind the kick plate. Remove the 3 screws on the kick plate. You should see too water lines a red and a blue coupling. Push the water lines in rather forcefully towards each other. When looking at the couplings on your left hand side you should see a small gray lip. You need to slide those outwards and insert the red clips (that should have been left in the plastic bag with the allen key used to adjust the door height) in between the lip and the coupling as they are compression fittings. This should fix your problem right up!

Check your air filter & evaporator coil for dust blocked. Clean it.Even if less rpm of blower motor is also one of the problem. Replace the capacitor.
