Question about Lenovo 3000 Computers & Internet
Boot manager is missing on boot up screen and i dont have no recovery disc
You don't need a recovery disc. What you do is when turning on your computer, wait for the dialog and hit the DEL key. This will bring you to the BIOS menu. In there, you will find a setting to disable Fast Boot, save it then exit and your computer will reboot again. It should give you the option to change the boot sequence.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Did you attempt to load recovery/factory image from hidden partition and if so did you follow User Manual or Guide re instruvtions? if so there should have been no problems. I would try again though do it slowly and carefully when choosing Options so that you don't change Partitions where the Default Software is.
Was it Alt and F10 buttons when powering up from a Shutdown, i.e Cold Boot?

If the boo sector has been corrupted, you will need to use the included recovery disk or a full copy of Windows to fix it. You will have to boot from the CD, go into recovery mode (usually by pressing R). The the MBR will have to be rebuilt/repaired. There may be some more steps depending on what was broken, so look up other options for fixing the boot sector.
If you cannot recover you will need to reinstall the OS from scratch or restore it to factory settings. Before you do this, you may be able to recover your personal day by connected the drive to another computer and transferring them to a Thumb drive or another HDD.
This is all based on the assumption the HDD did not fail. If that is the case, your data is lost.
