you can either make your own by measuring and getting the needed parts from your local hardware store or keep an eye out for what you want (from another stroller) on craigslist.org and local thrift stores and put it together from there.

The older models unhook at the front wheel. Right behind where the wheel connects is a black peice that you can release and the T frame will separate. Just push the top of the stroller back and then you can also fold it onto itself. You may need to un-velco the storage basket front tabs to release the frame.
