Question about weeworld.com
I kept it plugged in all day but I can use it if I have it plugged in just won't keep the charge
First try to shutdown the device for a full "harware key" reset.
Press and hold on the Power key for 30 seconds and then release. the Kindle should then shut down completely. Allow a couple of minutes before pressing the power button again to turn the device back on. Another problem man be a faulty charger try another wall charger or connect via USB to a PC. Finally it may also be that your Kindle configuration has been corrupted in which case you may need to conduct a factory reset.
Be sure you back up your saved data on your PC or Clud drive. Go to your Kindle Settings> select More> Select Device> Select Reset to Factory Defaults.
Now complete a power down/startup procedure. Good luck.
