Question about Computers & Internet
About once or twice a week my I-rocks wireless keyboard & mouse freeze & wont let me do anything. Is there a way to wake it back up? I've tried to reboot & still nothing. I finally took the little USB thingy out for a few min then put back in. it worked but I'd rather have a clue whats happening. keyboard is RF6570 mouse is RF7550L plus Thanks
Check batteries and also after you plug it in, sometimes you need to push connect button for a while

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: keyboard/mouse not working
You need to restore to a previous date before you installed the wireless mouse / keyboard.
If that dont work then your only solution is to format and reinstall since it might be you could have damaged a few vxd files window's needs to use those devices
(THIS IS ASSUMING THE MOUSE AND KEYBOARD WERE CONNECTED PROPPERLY) AND THEN THE SYSTEM WAS TURNED ON
if that wasnt done
shut down compuer
2.) plug mouse into green ps2 port and keyboard into the blue one
3.) turn on computer

Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.
If the MOUSE isn’t working, push the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the mouse to connect to the receiver. Then they should work okay.
Hope this helps. Bud
