Question about Apple iPod nano
If you want to backup your ipod before you restore it - so that you won'ot lose your music, suggest you try software such as Media Widget. Very useful way of backing up your iPod, playlists etc:

This happens to everyone of us once in a while. I'm sorry the only way to solve this is to restore your Ipod using Itunes. Apple Tech will tell you the same thing. We all wish there was a way, but sadly there isn't. *Do notice that restoring your Ipod will delete EVERYTHING on the device.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
