Water pressure from city side should be. (Minimum 20 psi ) Maximum (80 psi ) If sump tray is filling up and water valve is cutting off then water supply is ok. If you are not getting enough water over the evaporator plate then you need to make sure the distribution tube is not stopped up with. if it is clear then replace the water pump.

Hi,if you are not loseing water the best thing to start with is a simple kit that will flush out the rubbish that bilds up in the water channels, all you do is put the aditive in to the system by way of exspansion tank or radiater cap then let the car idle untill recermended time is up,then flush system and refill with the the recormended amont of anti-freeze.
you should be able to buy the item at eney good car spares shop.
Hope this was some help.
ps sometimes things just need cleening or ajusting rather than renewing.

Same problem with rinnai V1200.starts ok and as soon as you want to ajust cold water, the hot water line gets cold.**** all design

These units need water flow/pressure to work. If you use a mixer to get the right temperature as soon as you try to increase cold to make the water colder you unfortunately reduce the hot flow. Fairly complicated fault to explain, all continuous flow units have the same flaw. Solution is to try and increase flow and the best way is to take any water filters or restrictors out of your tapware. Most taps have the located in the end of the spout. Unscrew the end and remove any restrictors. Shower roses are a bit more tricky to find. This fixes 99% of these problems.

Water is hot until you adjust the shower temperature to warm from hot, then heat unit shuts off and it is 100% cold. Shower head is low flow so wonder if the flow is below minimum for heater to fire?? Can...

These unit is design to operate at a specific flow rate and cannot be ajusted if you need to have a warm shower you will need to get a bath remote where you can turn down the temp whenever you need without disrupting the flow rate

CHECK FOR TEMPERATURE OF WATER SHOULD BE AROUND 140 DEGREES TO DISSOLVE SOAP AND CLEAN DISHES. IF YOUR WATER IS CLEAN DO YOU NEED A RINSE AGENT OTHER THAN CLEAN WATER.

Inadequate hot water supply

Tankless Water heater tempature is regulated by the rate(amount) of water flowing through the device. To get warmer water for the hot side, slow down the elbo stop leading into the device. Since it is a shower, and you did not say one handle or two.You will have to slow the rate for the cold as well , if one, unless it is an ajustable valve. The drawbacks to the tankless heaters.
