Forgot the passcode and it says iphone disabled connect to itune..how???
You're gonna have to plug it into the computer that you've been syncing it with previously to unlock it, or you can put it into restore mode by plugging it into a different computer with iTunes, and pressing the power and home buttons at the same time for about 5 seconds and holding the home button till iTunes dings at you and says that it's detected an iphone in recovery mode. !! Important note!!! If you're using ios 7.0 or above then you will still have to enter the previous Apple ID associated with the phone to remove the iCloud lock to be able to restore.

Turn your phone off and plug it into your computer holding the home button down. That will put your phone into restore mode.

SOURCE: its keeps saying IPHONE IS DISABLED CONNECT TO ITUNES
Connect you itouch to iTunes.
Press and hold the power and home buttons
Screen goes black, now release the power button. Make sure you don't release the home button until it says "we have detected an iPod Touch in recovery mode."
Once it does this just do a simple restore, by clicking the "Restore" button under the large iPhone picture.
Hope this helps!
