Question about Sony Ericsson K800i Cellular Phone
If it is same keys and is intermittent (press hard or often and button sometimes works), then suggest replacing the keyboard situated underneath the buttons. Look up how to take the K800i apart on YouTube or similar - it is only 4 T6 torx screw and 2 philips screws. the screen is unclipped and the keyboard is attached to the PCB by a flexible cable and socket. Make sure you are grounded and you don't damage any of the plastic clips. Work slowly you will be fine. You can get a keyboard from Ebay for a £4 to £6 ($10).
