Lost the Setup CD
You will not find any software to do this on the Panasonic website. They only supply instruction manuals and firmware upgrades. However you don't need any installation CD. This camera is a web server so it contains all its own software. All you need is to type in the local network IP address (default is 192.168.0.253) into your Internet Browser and then enter your ID and password into the screen that pops up. The installation CD is just scanning your network to look for a camera on some IP address and it makes things a little easier if you have multiple cameras. All the rest of the setup is actually in the camera's Active-X software.
If you previously set the camera up with a different IP address and/or port number and you have forgotten it, or you can't remember your User ID and password, (write it down the next time) you may have to reset the camera (see the small reset switch on the underside of the camera) and you will have to start from scratch. But you don't need the installation CD. The camera will ask you exactly the same questions as the CD.
Typically you will have to set it up first in wired mode with an Ethernet cable to your router, but this is only because the camera doesn't know the SSID of your wireless network until you tell it (go to Setup/Wireless when you have logged into the camera.) Once you have put in the required wireless info, you just flick the switch on the underside to Wireless Mode and it should all work just fine.
