when somebody rings me on my sony ericsson k610i i cant hear them the only way i can hear them is when i put it on loud speaker, how do i get it so i can have a normal conversation without puttin it on loud speaker to hear them all the time?

Thats a normal situation evevery cell has two speakers one is for normal conversation and the other one is for loud music n all your normal speaker has died either u need to replace it. Hope its not embeded on your main board.
