15600 wiring problems

You probably have wrong voltage, or wrong wiring.
For example 15600 is 120Volt timer mechanism made by Tork and sold by GE.
This timer will not work with 240volts.
Other cause: Line and Load wires might be reversed.
Check circuit breaker.
Use non-contact voltage tester to see if power is live at timer.
Check wires at each terminal and make sure wire insulation is not under the screw plate.
Copy following link for wiring diagram:

FYI, it is usually cheaper to buy T101 timer than GE15600, and then parts are more widely available and cheaper.
For example WG1570 clock motor for Intermatic T101 is $16.
Tork replacement motor is twice as much.
If you have 240Volt power, instead of 120Volt required by 15600, then you can buy Tork 201 clock motor and replace the 101 motor.
GE 15600 uses Tork p47 trippers.

The pump/motor combination is stuck.
Disconnect power to the unit.
Remove the toe-kick panel at the bottom front.
You will see fan fins at the back of the motor.
Turn the fan fins counter-clockwise.Turn to the left and hold the position with a screwdriver. Then turn left again. You will feel when the stuck motor shaft frees itself.
After it frees, resume power and run the dw.
If it does not break free you will have to replace the pump and motor.

My GE Potscrubber Dishwasher doesn't spray water when it is turned on. It has power.

If you turn it on and hear a slight hum after water fill the motor is locked from non use. You will need to remove bottom panel and with power off you will see the motor right in the middle near the front. This is called a side winder motor because of how it sits. There are some blades you can turn to unlock the motor. Once the motor breaks loose which you will be able to tell when it does, turn power back on and let run thru complete cycle with heat dry in the off position. GE are about the only ones out there that will do this and it is usually from lack of use. Hope this helps.
