My clavanova cvp-96 sustains all the time, pedal up or down. Pedals have normal mechanical action. It started intermitant but now all the time.

You could try this ( some pianos determine polarity when turned on if pedal is plugged in )

1.Remove the pedal from the keyboard. Turn on without inserting pedal. Plug in pedal whilst turned on. If it works you're done.

If it is still backwards go to step 2.

2. Remove the pedal. Plug in the pedal. Turn on. Try it. If it works you're done.

If not go to step 3.

3. Buy a genuine Yamaha product or a switchable pedal.

Today I received my new Privia px830 and three keys works as an interruptor: play notes at full intensity. Are sensors cracked?

The sensors are rubber, and don't usually crack. Most of the time they are dirty and can be cleaned with rubbing alcohol and Q-tips VERY carefully. Also be careful of the ribbon wires inside the keyboard. The keys should just snap in and out. I cleaned mine a little while ago, and now it works perfectly.

Intermitant problem , now working fine , usually has problems on startup

Check that speakers are NOT less than 4 ohms. Swap speakers and verify problem stays on same channel. If it mives with the speaker you are going to be replacing the speaker. There is an electronic fuse that senses excessive current and locks the channel off until you cycle the power off and on. Also there are some older speakers with built in volume controls that this amplifier does not like.

I have to push many times and hardly the transport buttons on my D3200 to make them on

Probably the button mechnisms are worn. The heavily used buttons often have the plating worn off and become intermitent. Have the button mechanisms replaced. Make sure to use the long life version of the buttons.

Hi, my behringer us 600 works only for some minutes and then it turns off and on without pressing a button or doing something... i've already tried to change the batteries but nothing changed... i...

Check if the connection of the input cable MIGHT be intermittent. The sleeve of the connector enables the battery when the cable is inserted. If the cable is moved in the least and the sleeve makes intermitent contact that would cause your problem... a lesser probability is a loose battery contact.

Input plug messing up alot

The inout jacks get a lot of abuse. Tripping over the cords break them. Always loop the cord through the handle to decrease the risk. When jack gets intermitent, only solution is to replace it. There is a reasonable amount of work to access the jack as usually all the front panel knobs and hardware has to be undone to remove and replace the jack after the amp chassis is removed from the cabinet.

Effects Panel

If other lights are on, I have seen a case where the display does not light for a time, especially if it is cold. The gas in the display takes some time to light up like some neon bulbs... the effects should still work, you just can't see the display. Usually the display will eventually come on after a few minutes after being off for long periods. Sometimes one can encourage the display by external radiation such as a cell phone in close proximity.

See if the FX input indicator is functioning.

If the electronics of the DSP/FX is dead, troubleshooting it is not a DIY unless you have special test equipment. The unit uses two 57002 DSP's controlled by an 80C32 micorprocessor. Beyond checking that the 80C32 is operating and busses have activity, you probably won't be able to do any fruitfull troubleshooting

If NO lights come on in this unit, then the power supply has fried and you don't want that as it is likely caused by the rear power amp arcing out.. Lots of work to repair. Since rest is working this is not the case with yours. ALWAYS be careful to insure speaker leads are solid with this amp as an intermitent lead can blow this amp easily.

Yamaha electronic piano keying circuit broken

The interdigitated fingers are circuit traces coated with a very hard, non wearing, carbonized type conductive surface. If a board crack runs through this carbonized area, that is FATAL. Replace the circuit board.
Realize that these contacts drive high impedance CMOS circuitry so the contact resistance is often in the 200 to 1000 ohm range.

The silicone rubber domes contain a conductive rubber pills, often two of them. One contacts the fingers before the second and the time difference between those is the measure of "velocity".The silicone dome acts as the restoring force for the key.

The keyboard is scanned as a matrix. Strobe lines intermittently select the first and then the second of the finger patterns, ONE octave at a time. The octave, 12 notes worth, are read in parallel one at a time.

The diodes are "disconnect diodes" which preven sneak paths when more than one note is held that are in different octaves.
