Will not drain

Here are the steps to replace the drain hose on a Kenmore Elite front load washing machine:

1. Unplug the washing machine from the electrical outlet.
2. Turn off the water supply to the washing machine.
3. Pull the washing machine away from the wall to access the back panel.
4. Remove the screws on the back panel with a screwdriver and set the panel aside.
5. Locate the drain hose, which is typically located near the bottom of the washing machine.
6. Carefully remove the clamps that secure the drain hose to the washing machine and the drain.
7. Gently pull the drain hose away from the washing machine and the drain.
8. Take the old drain hose to a hardware or appliance store to find a replacement that matches the length and diameter of the original hose.
9. Connect the new drain hose to the washing machine and the drain using new clamps.
10. Replace the back panel and secure it with the screws.
11. Push the washing machine back into place.
12. Turn on the water supply and plug the washing machine back into the electrical outlet.
13. Test the washing machine to make sure the new drain hose is working properly.

OE error code indicates that the washer is unable to drain the water it used during the wash cycle. OE can be triggered by a kinked drain hose or a clogged drain pump filter..... please clean drain hose back side of washing machine.. Thank you

if the drain pump or drain motor is weak this is will cause and long time draining or totally not running the drain pump or drain motor and its cause of totally stop the cycle of washing machine in rinse time or spin time, because all fully automatic washing machine, after washing cycle the drain pump or drain motor must be on, to remove water before start the next cycle. rinse or spin cycle.
