Question about Dell Inspiron 6400 Notebook
Well you may try the onscreen keyboard by going to start-->all programs--->accessories--->accessibility-->on-screen Keyboard.
you can also try cleaning the keypad with a vaccum cleaner bu make sure it should not be so powerfull that it absorbs all the keys....try pressing it a little hard
if still it doesn't work there could be a hardware issue with that key
