Im guessing you are reffering to a micro sd card. You either need an adaptor for this which makes it the same size as an ordinary sd card or you need to transfer thee photos onto an ordinary sd card via you compuer but again you will need the adaptor. Many of the micro cards come with an adaptor when you buy them-I got mine this way on ebay.

Sounds like you have a mini-sd chip. you can get a special adapter for them at a regular retailer such as Walmart. You may half to buy an adapter with another mini-chip included but you will have a backup miniSD too! You should be able to find them for around $15-$20

Sounds like you are using an incorrect memory card, or you need to get an adapter to allow your card to fit your printer. Check the printer specs to see what type of memory the printer reads, then find the adapter to change your memory card to that spec. Good luck

To print photos my machine requires a memory card. What card should I ask for and where/how do I install it?

Hello!
You can print photos from your computer too. Usually, people use memory cards from their digital camera, when they want to print photos directly from the memory card. If you do not have a digital camera or any other device that uses a memory card (i.e. a mobile phone), I am not sure you need one in order to print photos. However, here is the answer to your question:
You can use several memory cards in your printer, but only one memory card at a time! You can use:
  • SmartMedia, xD-Picture Card (fits in bottom right of the slot)
  • Memory Stick, Magic Gate Memory Stick, Memory Stick Duo (with user-supplied adapter), Memory Stick Pro
  • CompactFlash (I, II)
  • Secure Digital, MultiMediaCard (MMC)

Here is a picture, so you can see how to install them:

You can buy either one of these memory cards, it's up to you to decide which one you want.
Hope that helps!

I have a sandisc memory stick pro duo 4gb and it is too small to fit in the memory card slot of my laptop which is an acer aspire 7220 series. please help x

Hi there!
Simply insert the card in it's adapter, then insert it into the memory slot.
However you can buy yourself an external USB card Reader supporting your pro duo card.
Please rate this advice as it's very important for us.
Good luck friend!

My memory stick pro duo won't fit into either of the two computers I have available to me, because it's too small. When I try to put it in, it just seems to be way too small.

I advise buying an inexpensive card reader, that accepts different forms of USB flash drives, including yours.

You just plug the USB cable of this card reader into your computer, and insert your Sony memory stick.

How about this one for an example?

Memory stick too small for my printer

Sound like your printer is not designed to read memory sticks. You will need a card reader that reads memory sticks. An inexpensive multi card reader for about $10. should do the trick. They only work on a computer though. So you can see/read the files on the memory stick, download them to your computer, edit and/or print them. To me, this is the logical way to do it. The screen on the printer is too small to make good judgement calls on cropping and you can't edit them either.

I dont know were to insert memoey stick from psp into my pc

your memory stick should have came with its own card reader, which is a small device that the card fits into, on the end of that device is a plug to plug into any of you USB ports on your laptop.. If it did not come with a reader device you will have to purchase one.
Hope this helps

the MS pro may need an adapter if it's the mini kind. then that will plug into that slot. it still won't fit the same way as the SD card, so insert it carefully. there should be an indented area for the MSP card to insert.
