How do I raise the height of the handlebars? The model is a GT Palomar al terra

That bike has a threadless headset, which means you have two options for making the bars easier to reach. You can purchase a shorter stem (goes between bars and fork column) which can be a better solution, as there is less flex and fewer parts. The other option is to purchase a stem riser, options shown in following link -- Google and install it on your bike:

Life gear exercise bike

This bike looks to be of the Lemond Revmaster series.

first, dial the resistance knob back until the leather break pad is no longer touching the flywheel. Get down on the floor and postion yourself between the flywheel and pedal cranks. Slowly turn the cranks arms and listen and feel for a roughness in the bike.

This has bike has bearings and a belt. It should not make any noise.

Now with the right pedal at a 2:00 position tighten the resistance knob down all the way so the flywheel will not turn. Then get on and push very hard on the right pedal. If the belt is loose, the pedal will move. Austin Fitness Rentals Rent Commercial grade Fitness Equipment in... ">

How can I get spark back to my motorcycle

double posted to wrong forum,
if you are serious with DIY work, why not buy the FSM for your bike
and read the page called spark generation.
its all there. read it,
you never posted make, model , year or engine, nor country sold.
so there will be no answers, and for sure on Truck forum.
Vitara is a truck not a bike.

on most motor cycles, (I restore them too)
the old bikes can have 2 parts, a CKP sensor and a coil.
either can fail , and the coil can be bench tested easy.
saving the guess work. ask.
the newer bikes, (no year stated) have EFI.
EFI works like this.

CMP +CKP sensors>>>> ECU>>> ignitor>>>>coil
on bikes like this you connect a scan tool and crank
it will tell you what is bad if its CMP or CKP sensors bad.
saving 1/2 the guess work.
then test coil , if coil ok.
then the ignitor is bad.
or use a scope, i use a scope and go right to the cause. direct.

like all cars and bikes, the tools you have, solve the problem fast.
if no tools , then GUE$$
or get it fixed.

I need a owners manuel for a palomar 2400 cb radio

It's not easy to find a manual for this type. When you search internet, you can find service-manuals, but have to pay for it.
However, if you just pay a visit to some hobbyist-sites, and ask your question overthere, you got a good chance to get what you're looking for, or at least some explanation from other owners, how to operate it.
Maybe you can give it a shot overhere :

The pedal assembly on my blackwater somehow got stripped always had problem with pedals coming off

If the thread on the crank arms that hold the pedals are stripped, you will need a new set of cranks. That is definitely a job for the bike shop. Make sure the pedals are snug in the arm, Right side pedal has right-hand thread, left side (looking down when you are on the bike) has a left-hand (reverse!) thread.

The left pedal to my Schwinn Windwood women's cruiser will NOT go in. I have verified that it is the left pedal and had no issues getting the right pedal in. What can I do?

Answered in your previous post, The left pedal is opposite threading. You screw the pedal in the same direction as the right side - toward the front of the bike.

Facing right side crank - Right pedal screws in normal, toward the front of the bike.

Facing left side crank - Left pedal screws in counterclockwise, toward the front of the bike.

I can not get the peddle off the crank. peddle part number fc-m500 crank set shimano sg

You have to have a pedal wrench and they pedals have a right thread right side and a left thread the left side. The right side is the chain side, to tighten either one, you put the bike in front of you and turn the pedal wrench towards you to tighten, to loosen turn the wrench to the rear. This is very important, do it wrong and you strip your crank arms. Pedals are marked R for right side, L for left side. It is important to know this information. Most manuals do not tell you.
