If you are using windows, then go to the Printers dialogue and see if the x95 appears in there. If it does, uninstall it and the error messages will stop. If it doesn't (not very likely), the problem is more complex and further info would be required.

Deifinetly. Scanning only works through the USB cable. Make sure you buy a good quality one. And do not exceed 10 ft length without using a USB active repeater extension cable.

Check your color ink by dabbing on a damp paper towel, you should see 3 distinct lines, one for each color.If any color is weak or missing it will never pass alignment and you need a new cartridge.

The print engine has failed to pick up a piece of media.There is a paper jam in the printer's paper path. Reload the paper in the paper input tray; verify that there are no jams in the paper path, and press MENU/ENTER to continue the job. If the error persists, replace the printer pickup roller. Check paper path, including rear output door for jams, fuser area, and under the print (toner) cartridge.

Hello, assuming the supplies are Zebra and there is no discernible damage to the ribbon, it could mean that the ribbon sensor on the printer is broken. if your printer is still under warranty you can ship back to Zebra (Illinois) to get it repaired. The zebra website has info on how to return printers for service. Hope this helps.
