First of all, I hope you have a backup. Only proceed once you know your important info is backed up. I believe the easiest way to fix this problem is to re-install Windows. You can hit F4 during startup to access the recovery partition. I looked at the manual for your laptop. It may let you perform a backup using the recovery program. You should be able to perform a recovery and have a working computer.
