Question about RIM BlackBerry Pearl 8100
Please check it with another charger or try your charger with another phone to eliminate the charger as being at fault. If it works fine then we know for sure that its your phone. Then check the phones USB jack. You are supposed to see 5 gold color connectors when looking directly into it. If they are there then connect your charger and try wiggling it around a little. If it is too loose, then your charger port of the phone is loose from the inside. Then you need to have it replaced. Please write me if you are in US and want to send it in to me for repair.
