a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Whirlpool gold oven

One must preheat the oven to the desired baking temperature. If the oven is turned on and the food immediately put in to bake, it will take longer to bake the first batch than the second and subsequent batches, because the oven need a few minutes to heat up.

In other words, the oven isn't at 350 degrees the instant you turn it on. It takes about 15 minutes for the oven to reach 350 degrees. I hope this helps.

This could be many things. A Bad Modem connection or router timing out or even a slow connection. It could also be an issue of insufficient RAM resources or too many cookies or a Virus/Malware/Spyware. You can clear your cookies by looking at your browser preferences or browser options and clear your cookie folder of all cookies. Run a Virus scan on your computer for Viruses and Malware.

When I sign in to windows hotmail, even though I check remember me, it remembers only the last user how do I fix this? thanks

The "remember me" function uses a cookie on your computer. If multiple users sign in from one computer, the previous user is logged off and the cookie is deleted. The easiest way to deal with this is to only have one user per computer (or each user signs in with a different browser - User A uses IE only, User B uses Firefox, User C uses Chrome, etc.) Otherwise you would need to lock the cookie (make it permanent/undeletable) with a cookie editor. (This is an add-on feature that I'm not very clear on. I'm more familiar with the cookie removal tools.)

I wish that I could be of more help.

Cindy Wells
(There may be cookie editors that set some cookies to be dependent on the persona logged in but I can't recommend any.)

It takes about five minutes for the internet to connect after I turn on the computer. After that, it is fine

This is the normal time taken for the computer to boot and the modem to access the internet

First boot the modem then the computer

By the time the computer boots the modem will be ready to connect

If this doesnt work clear the Cookies and Cache from the computer

Webroot antivirus with antispyware is not finding any cookies or viruses but we were told by Best Buy that there are some on the computer. Any idea why it is not working?

Well cookies aren't necassarily a bad thing. As fr the viruses try avast antivirus it is free for home use and it has a very high catch rate. Give that a shot and go from there.
Thank you,
