I am using microtek 810. Inverter section is ok. In the pcb there are two 40amp fuse which were blown off. suspected heavy current drainage. both fuses are in parallel and in the battery -ve line. i...


If this is a 12 volt battery situation, 24.6 volts is not doing good things for your batteries--it will buckle the inner plates causing immediate battery failure. Were the fuses themselves blown or just the fuse mounts which may have been underrated. You definitely need a schematic for this system--try googling 'microtek 810'. Good luck!

I have a microtek 710s monitor, that powers on but


Most common failures in the LCD monitors are bad capacitors (bulging top/seal or leaking) in the power supply, failed inverter circuits (blown fuse, shorted transistors, shorted/open transformers), bad lamps (poor solder connections or worn out lamps). You will need to open it up and inspect the inside, see example of failed monitors to get some ideas what to look for: http://s807.photobucket.com/home/budm/allalbums

My microtek flat screen monitor goes black every 5 seconds and must turn it off and back on and it repeats the same thing.


I assume that you have already try it on another PC with the same result.
