When you say "nothing will work", do you mean that the tablet freezes completely, becomes totally unresponsive to any touches? What happens if you power it off and back on again?

Does the problem happen every time you eject any flash drive, regardless of whether it's empty or has contents (files, directories)?

What happens if you leave the tablet powered on after ejecting, but just leaving it alone (preferably charging) for a few minutes?

SD CARD reader error: Insert removable disk into drive F:/

One of two I was say is the issue.
  • When you improperly ejected the card you messed up the MFT (master file table) on the card. You will want to format the card.
  • You could have hosed the drivers. In Device manager look under the driver details there should be some files listed. You will probably need to delete these and replace them. Since they may be system files you would need to replace them in a live boot environment such as a linux live boot cd (ubuntu.com) would be the easiest. Get the drivers it has listed copy them to a thumb drive. Boot the computer to the live CD, delete the driver files and replace with the new ones.

How do i delete photos from a memory stick

this is generally a simple process.
if you have a flash drive insert it into the usb port of your laptop. open your flash drive ( it is the one which is being shown in removable storage group when you open my computer.
Browse the photos and delete them symply by right clicking them and selecting delete.

If you talk about a memory card process may get complicated in case lock switch is onaviral_srms_23.jpg
make sure the card reader is not locked and then you will be able to access those photos

I have a Sandisk Cruzer 8GB pendrive. I was copying files halfway until a message pops out telling me that my drive is not there. i ejected and reinserted the pendrive, but I couldn't delete any files...

Right click my computer and click on manage. In disk management try to reformat as another solution for your usb storage drive. Try another usb port on your computer as well when you reinsert it and restart the computer. Usually when a usb device turns off and doesn't show up like yours did the device could be faulty or the usb port you have it connected to or for laptops sometimes the usb ports turn off if only using battery instead of ac adapter. There are power save modes for usb ports so have to check that in device manager as well. Good luck!

Problem ejecting flash drive in my vista 64 bit

Flash drives are always easy to eject, first ensure to close any documents or files that is being opened from the flash drive, then either right click or click on the icon showing the connection of your drive to the system, a description will pop out saying "Safety Removed USB Mass Storage" Click on it again to safety remove your drive.

I accidently deleted the partition with my cruzer

Ok turn on PC, and have that drive plugged into the usb port. Find your my computer icon, right click on it and goto manage in the menu. This will open the computer manager, in the list on the left you will see disk manager under Storage. Click on disk management, in the window on the right you will see the different Hard Drives and Storage devices there. Look for the one that does not have a drive letter and may state unknown. Right Click on the device and Mark Partiton as active, then also format the drive. Viola! you should now have your Pen Drive showing up under my computer.

Pen drive

Hi.
If you delete it in device manager and re-detect it, does it change? If you can see it in the taskbar, can you use the eject device icon to eject it, then remove and re-insert the drive?
Finally, try it on someone elses computer and see what result you get.
