Freezer is 0* frige is 24*
You must check the door seals are ok and if they are you might have a bit of compressor oil stuck in the condenser pipes somwhere this is a regular problem with alot of new fridges youll need to take it to the agents if thats the case

IF there is frost on the back wall inside the the freezer section about 12 inches from the bottom , you have a defrost problem . If there is no frost on the rear wall , then you probably have a bad overload/relay (part # 2188840 ) . This piece is the part which is plugged onto the compressor , with 2 or 3 wires going to it . Unplug it from the compressor and shake it . If it rattles , replace it .

To solve this problem, you must open the compressor area at the back bottom of the refrigerator and chek the temperature of the pressure line. If the temperature is between 55celcius to 60 than its ok. Or else you need to change the refrigerant.
I suggest you to contact the service authority.
Thanks for contacting Fixya.

If it is the pss26msrss or close I can tell you that it is most likely the defrost heater and defrost thernostat that needs changed, Would you like me to show you how to do the test. First tell me if a layer of frost is building on the rear wall of freezer. If yes unplug and remove rear panel until we see the defrost heater at the bottom of the evaporator coil. let me know, Sea Breeze
