The best person to speak to would be a solicitor or lawyer. I'm not sure the PC laptops section of Fixya is the best way to find a solution to this problem.

SOURCE: sony vaio silverlight no sound ?

it's tough to say w/out seeing the screen, it's possible your browser is blocking a portion of the site. try a different browser like google chrome, firefox, opera, or internet explorer. let me know what happens. if none of those work, could you please take a screenshot and post it to any imagehost like imageshack.us or photobucket and post the link here. to take a screen shot press print screen, open up ms paint and hit paste, then save the file

Who can i call about being scammed out of 1500.00

You need to speak to your lawyer. How many times has a person gotten scammed with a prize offer they have to PAY for? You need to be more savvy in this world today. This is NEVER legal.
Call your lawyer or Legal Aid if you cannot afford one.

Much depends on where you are, and the laws about conveyancing of property and protection of tenants.

In some places the seller must deliver vacant possession to you, or the sale is invalid.

In others tenant protection laws are so strict it is difficult to get them out even if you are a new owner.

The only thing Fixya can do is advise you to see a property lawyer.

Hello peter complaints

I'm not sure posting this in the PC laptops section is the best way to find a solution to your problem. I would suggest making a post in the appropriate section or speaking to a lawyer/solicitor.

I have paid for a phone the money transfered but now the item isnt in my won list anymore why is this have i been ripped off if so what can i do to get my money back?

If you paid for your auction using paypal, then you can track the item in that account. Log into paypal, select recent transactions, find the phone and you can check the order on it. You can see when it ws paid for, when the seller said that they shipped the item, a tracking number for the delivery information and the method that it was sent. If it has been a long time since you paid for it and you still have not received it, then click on "open dispute" and report the seller to paypal. When you open a dispute, paypal contacts the seller and they either provide proof of delivery or they refund the money.

If you used a credit card to pay for the phone through the pay my auctions method on Ebay you will need to find the auction that you won in order to check delivery on it. The item should be in your closed, or completed items in my Ebay.

If you paid for the item on a credit card and you didnt go through paypal, and you cannot find the auction that you won in my ebay, then either wait until you get your credit card statement and turn it over on the back to fill out the dispute an item instructions. ALWAYS put disputes in writing when dealing with a credit card company or bank. If you dont want to wait to receive your statement to dispute the charge then call your credit card company and tell them that you want to dispute an item and have them take a claim for you. Tell them the reason is non receipt.

1. If you paid by credit card or bank deposit, send a copy of your bank statement, which will show the payment.
2. If you paid by PayPal, the payment should appear in payment history on your account.
3. If you paid by Western Union, only the seller can mark it as paid and you don't have any power over it.

What are the official rules concerning the banker for the board game Monopoly

Besides the Bank's money, the Bank holds the Title Deeds, and the houses and hotels prior to purchase by the players. The Bank pays salaries and bonuses. It sells and auctions properties and hands out the proper Title Deed cards when purchased by a player, it also sells houses and hotels to the players and loans money when required on mortgages.
The Bank collects all taxes, fines, loans and interest, and the price of all properties which it sells and auctions. The Bank "never goes broke." If the Bank runs out of money, the Banker may issue as much as needed by writing on any ordinary paper.

That should be all you need to know about the "banker". Now as everyone knows there are many variations called "house" rules as long as they are agreed upon by all players before the game.
Thank you,
lee
