No water, there is a host of problems that can cause this.
1. no water to the faucet
2. Sensor is not working
3. clogged water port
4. Dead battery for sensor
Does the faucet work on manual mode?
If not remove cartridge and check for debris. Flush out faucet before replacing cartridge to make sure water is getting to faucet. Replace cartridge. Check debris screens on pull out handle. There are a number of other things that could be wrong but first try the simple and report back on your findings.
