Re: Doesn't suck up the soap from the tray while washing

Try to open your water tap to full or check the filter in the inlet valve or hose. There seems to be a problem with the water pressure entering the machine.

I have a lg tromm wm2277hw washer Why does it leak soap down to the front of the washer

in my experience you would be much better off using powdered detergent instead of liquid. it will stop leaking down front and will not leave residue in tub that eventually leads to mold mildew issues.

My Tromm washer is leaving residue on my clothes

Make sure you are using the correct soap. (Front load soap powder) Also use a bit less than suggested on the packet. If you are often using cold or low temp wash cycles, dirt and build-up in the machine will be common and come off on your clothes. Use a very hot wash at least once a month to clean it out and stop using fabric softener. It sticks to everything and any dirt in the water gets stuck on and then comes off in later wash cycles.

LG tromm washer soap not empty after wash cycle

I have a front load He LG Tromm model 2455 HG. I never use more than 3 tablespoons for any load. This soap is so concentrated that is all you need, which really isn't very much. Too much soap could possibly cause foam to back up. Starting with the basics, could this be your problem?

Soap doesn't come out of clothes when I wash them on cold.

Use LIQUID soap instead. Powder does NOT dissolve fully in cold water, and may in fact BURN your clothing and ruin the pump and valves with its residue

Water and soap remains in the soap tray

You need to check for blockage in dispenser, remove completely and thoroughly clean every part of it.
Other possibility is not enough water pressure to take all powder down, check water pressure, filters in hoses if fitted..
Check hose from dispenser to drum for restriction.
Plz rate my solution.

You can get your manuals at this site..
and sometimes the laundry drawer sticks..
BTW.. use ONLY HE type detergent and just a few drops ( do NOT fill the cup to the top or you will eventually require replacement hinges, a front panel and the door may leak ..
Hope this helps..
