Problem for Dell (E210882) Motherboard
New Memory Install Causes CPU Fan to Stop Spinning.

I replaced my two 258MB DDR PC2700 RAM Cards for two x 1GB DDR PC400 DT cards and the machine boots up fine, no diagnostic lights turn on but the CPU fan attached to the back of the case doesn't turn on.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

a memory installation will not cause such an issue. The fan cable might have come loose while installing the memory.
