Take it and your receipt back where you bought it. Ask for a replacement.

probably ur battery has memorize the charge u have to discharge completely the battery until there´s no power in it. so u can charge it again.. otherwise..change the batt!

No, it's showing that the battery is either not taking a full charge or the charger is not charging the battery properly. Find a Milwaukee service center, they will check them and most likely replace one or the other.

There should not be any problems with letting it charge as long as you want, as they don't over charge. The charger usually cuts off so no damage is done to the battery. That is what I have found to be the case with most manufacturers. Hope this helps you out a bit. Regards and good luck. Denis.
