Question about Canon F-719sg Scientific Calculator 4178b001
How can I get solve it

Its broken and there is no simple solution for your problem. Technically, a repair may be possible, but you'd need some spare parts, decent soldering equipment suited for surface mounted devices, and a lot of experience in handling them.
I understand your sentiment (I hate to throw away things, too!). However, the calculator comes new for below USD 16 even if you mail order it from Canon directly (my estimate is, you can get it for around USD 10 from a local office suplies shop). Ordering the spare parts alone, even if you can identify them, will already exceed the costs for just buying a new calculator, so its a total loss.
