Hi here is the meaning of the F30 error code. If you have any other questions please feel free to comment. Mike
Open probe connection.
Shorted Probe connection.
1. (F30 or F31) Check resistance at room temperature & compare to *RTD Sensor resistance chart. If resistance does not match the RTD chart replace RTD Sensor Probe. Check Sensor wiring harness between EOC & Sensor Probe connector.
2. (F30 or F31) Check resistance at room temperature, if less than 500 ohms, replace *RTD Sensor Probe. Check for shorted Sensor Probe harness between EOC & Probe connector.

Hello, welcome to FixYa.
I understand you have the Frigidaire CFEF372ES1 range, correct ? I also understand based on your post you're getting the F13 error message, correct ?
This range is built by Frigidaire as you know and according to their service manual, here's what it is and what you can do
...I will also add, **Fault codes are not a foolproof system. Never assume that a part has failed based on a displayed fault code. **
...If you pull/slide the unit away from the wall and unplug it or turn the house breaker off for 30 seconds to a minute the control should reset. That should do it...unless the EOC (electronic oven control) has failed.
Let me know how you make out and if you need anything further I'll be glad to help in any manner I can. Good luck.

Thank you for your inquiry, Katherine!
Based off the information you have provided your Frigidaire range is displaying an error code of "F11". An "F11" error code stands for a shorted keypad I would recommend performing a reset on your range. You can do that by flipping off the household circuit breaker for at least ten minutes. If that does not correct your issue it could be a possible problem with your EOC (Electronic Oven Control) or wiring harness. Hopefully this information is helpful for you. -Matt
