I assume, the "oz" is a "US fluid oz", other countries use different definitions.
1 ml = 0.0338140 US fl. oz.
By multiplying both sides of the equation by 120 you get:
120 ml = 120 * 0.0338140 US fl. oz. = 4.05768 US fl. oz.

If you ask because of a cooking recipe, round it down to 4.

Are there measuring cups that show both ml and oz?

Yes, most measuring cups have both the markings for ml (milliliters) and oz (ounces) measurements.
If yours doesn't tho, you can easily convert one to the other on this website: http://www.onlineconversion.com/volume.htm

I want to know what cc stands for and convert it to oz. or ml.

A cc is a cubic centimeter, which is the same thing as ml (milliliter).

One imperial fluid ounce is 28.413075 cc.
One US fluid ounce is about 29.5735 cc.

Does any of you know how many milliliters are in an ounce?

Here is a quick conversion chart:

100 ml = 3.3 or 3.4 oz
50 ml = 1.7 oz
30 ml = 1 oz
15 ml = 1/2 oz
10 ml = 1/3 oz
7.5 ml = 1/4 oz
5 ml = 1/6 oz
3.7 ml = 1/8 oz = 1 dram

Note that all of these are approximate; strictly speaking, 1/2 oz is 14.787 ml.

A standard perfume sample is in a 1/32 oz (1 ml) vial.
