Kenmore by sears model 1581457180 need a manual or a how to thread the bobbin

hi there,
on my manual 1581 kenmore show figure on how you thread your bobbins and upper thread.
to thread bobbin insert the thread on one hole of winder holding thread and rotate thread on counter clockwise rotation several times, loop the thread on tension thread and insert bobbins winder on winder shaftat top of your sewing machine push the latch to lock bobbin winder
pull the handwheel to disengage the clutch and to move the winder free rotation.
press the foot pedal to run your winder and thread your bobbins be sure on counterclock wise rotation.
if winder is full of thread this will automatically disengage the shafting winder from clutch.
4843169.jpginsert winder as in fig. check the thread direction
5d74924.jpg 153629c.jpg on figure hold and insert bobbins on shuttle race assymble.

on figure show upper threading.
3cba620.jpg follow the red thread on figure.

Thread keeps breaking.

hi! i've been encountering problem on machine the same as your sewing machine problem old and new,as you said the machine has no problem and it was repaired 3 times, maybe only setting of on upper and lower tension has made your sewing malfunction as you can see different fabrics have different set up mostly on tension adjustment.why don't you try a simple sewing a straight sewing
with cotton fabrics and follow this simple set up, start on bobbins.the thread shoul be wind
de6210f.jpg clockwise on bobbins winder see figure,if you follw correctly insert this on shuttle hook case905e630.jpgcheck the thread if inserted on bobbin slot case see figure.
6bf5b79.jpg then we have to set upper thread on top of your sewing machine start on spool pull out thread insert to disk tension going down ward to dial stitch control as shown as on sample machine.3eeff88.jpgthe red thread is the direction of thread on figure,if your machine is new the changs was made on slot groved where thread will pass through but same process is done, also new machine has an auto tension adjustment.Dial tension set to # 3 range to 5 and stitch adjustment # 8 to 12 several adjustment on this setting provide you a better trial sewing to other fabrics and layers it was not far on setting some sort of small adjustment should be done. ........well hopefully this was a nice try

How to thread my machine

I did not have a Serger, all I have is an old sewing maching but appeared to thread from the left slot and any machine that I have had always threaded from the right side. Anyway, I found a neighbor who was able to figure it out. I would love to get a directional book for the machine if that was possible. The machine is a Brother Model No. VX581.
