Question about Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7in. WiFi Tablet, 8GB
Must be powered off to charge
Difficult to diagnose without more information on the device's operating system version and what apps are installed on the device.
A faulty (or mischievous) app may keep your device so busy it'll use up electric charge more quickly than a simple wall charger can replenish. Under normal conditions, a full charge should be good for roughly 7 hours of mild tablet use. Is battery life dramatically shorter than this, even if you don't actively use it? Does it get unusually hot?
Other causes may be faulty hardware (battery, charging circuitry, charger, cables or connector); my gut feeling is on the misbehaved app, though.
