Question about Samsung LN-T4665F 46 in. LCD Television
I have a 2 year old Samsung 46" LCD TV that has worked great until recently. When I turn the TV on, I will have a clear picture for approximately 5-7 seconds, then it will go black. I still have the sound after the picture is black. When I attempt to turn it on again after several hours, I sometimes will get my picture back for a day or so. I've called Samsung and they could not help me. Any advice?
Check if the back lamps are still on when you lose image, all you have to do is get close to the screen and make is totally black and if is not that means you have a back light working, but if the back light is gone you may have a defective panel.
talked to samsung TA about the same problem I had and the recommend to replace the power supply first to confirm a defective panel because a panel is quite expensive
