Question about Toshiba Satellite Computers & Internet
I bought a Toshiba Satellite Click laptop, but when I tried to download Itunes a message saying "Program cannot run on this pc, check the software" at the end of the download.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: Video Acceration Driver
Base on what i know, your system might not be compatible with the game you want to play
but.... if you still want to go for it (please make sure you have the latest video driver and direct x install first) then you can actually bypass the check. just follow instruction on the link below
but please be ready to face the possibility of the game not being able to run on your machine after performing all these things.
Hope i was able to help and clear things up

If you run a repair with the recovery disc you won't lose any info. The only time you'll lose the info is if you run a complete reload. Run the system disc until it gets to the point of finding installed operating systems, at this point instead of deleting the partition, press R and it will reinstall the operating system files only leaving other installed files and programs intact. Keep in mind that many times when this happens, it's a hard drive failure. If it is a hard drive failure, then you will have to replace the hard drive and you will lose the info, sorry.

You should check if in the device manager the sound card shows up. Also, check the BIOS to see if it is not disabled.

Hi I am Vortash .. the best thing to try first would be starting it up in safe mode , Turn on and keep pressing f8 this should trigger the safe mode screen and choose start in safe mode only no drivers no network
if it works ok like that , then shut down and start normally turn on and allow to start normally then click start accessories system tools and then restore ... hopefully that will work .. if not see if it will restore in safe mode .. if they both fail you probably have a faulty hard drive or the interface where the computer is connected to the hard drive .. to check use an external hard drive ( usb) with an operating system on and the bios in the computer set to boot from removable in one of the boot options .... if it does boot up like that check the pins on the hard drive are not damaged or dirty ( you don't know how long it was in that garage lol ) if the interface connection is faulty there is not a lot you can do about that as it takes specialist equipment to repair multi layered surface mounted boards .. hope this helps Vortash

Tips for a great answer:
iTunes will install in Program Files (x86) even the 64 bit version. There are also iTunes files in Program Files as well. This is normal. It appears that the 64 bit version is really a hybrid of both 32 and 64 bit, the drivers mainly being 64 bit. Having itunes.exe 32* in the Task manager is normal
A lot of people are having problems with itunes 9.1. You can get 9.03 at this site. It ran flawlessly for me.
hope this helps
