First Solution: Browser Clearing

Try Clearing your Browser maybe you have a problem on your current browser.

Tips: Always Upgrade your browser to the lastest version.
Avoid using old browser such as IE 6 got lots of problem.

Solution in Clearing History Browser,

Microsoft Internet Explorer users

Note: Users running Internet Explorer 7.0 and above will need to press the Alt key in order to access the file menu easily to get access to options such as File, Tools, etc.
Viewing History
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 and above users can view their history files by clicking the "Tools" menu, "Internet Options", clicking the "Settings" button under the Browsing history, and then clicking the "View Files" button.
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x users can view their history files by clicking the "Tools" menu, "Internet Options", clicking the "Settings" button, and then clicking the "View Files" button.
Deleting History
  • Microsoft Windows users running Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x and 7.x can delete their history files by clicking the "Tools" menu, "Internet Options", and clicking the "Delete Files" or "Delete" button. Users also have the option of automatically deleting files each time the close the browser window by clicking the "Advanced" tab and checking "Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed" under the "Security" section.

Second:

It is an odd problem. Try this, make sure your logged in as admin,
1.)un-installing msn, delete all files from - Document and Settings- Administrator- Application Data- Microsoft- MSN Messnger.

2.)Empty all temp folders from, Document and Settings- Administrator- Local Settings- Temp. Also clear all other temp folders, cookies, history, etc....

3.)Reboot. Reinstall messenger and put in your account info. Hopefully this works. If it dont then goto Microsoft support site and post your problem there. They should be able to help you.

I cannot login


1. username and password, check for capital letters
2. You should verify if your email account is accessible (the one you used, to create an account in Facebook)
3. Make sure internet connection is stable.
4. If facebook page is hard to load, better clear the cache. cookies and viewing history of your internet browser.
5. Verify if your facebook account is not blocked or disabled. (If this is the issue, just post back and I'll give you info on how to unblock your account)

I cannot sign on to my paypal account


  1. read those instructions and follow those steps.
  2. Log in to your PayPal account. On your computer, go to the PayPal home page (see Resources section). Click "Log In" and you will be transferred to the sign in page. Enter your email address and password. You will be directed to your account page.
  3. Step 2 Note the information available on the "My Account Overview" page. A snapshot of your recent PayPal activity is provided. You can also choose to see a record of either "Payments Sent" or "Payments Received."
  4. Step 3 Review the tabs at the top of "My Account Overview" page. Click on the tab labeled "History." A new page will open providing specific options for your account history search.
  5. Step 4 Determine the parameters of your account history search where it indicates "Show." The default selection is "All Activity - Simple View." Click on the drop down box to choose the history of a specific type of transaction.
  6. Step 5 Specify the time frame of your account history report. After selecting the type of transaction you want reported, examine the choices offered by the "Within" drop down box. Chooses are for the past day, week, month or year. If a specific account history date is desired, us the "From" and "To" date option.
