I have plugged my HDMI plug into my WiiU and the back of the Mitsubishi HDTV. Where do I find the channel that shows the input of the HDMI?

input source has to be changed to hmdi1 rather than ATV or DTV .. No channel is involved. The remote control should have an input source button on it to select the type of input port the TV looks at.

Cable box is plugged into denon's hdm1, but I can't get a picture. Hdm1 out monitor (arc) is plugged to TV hdm1 in (arc).

Power up all components. Select the HDMI 1 input on the Denon amp, and the HDMI 1 input on the TV. Additionally, run the old analog cables between the cable box and the TV. If no picture, select the input on the TV that is associated with the analog input from the cable box. You should have a picture at this point - but it will be a standard definition type. Check the settings on the cable box to change the output from "A / V" to Digital on the HDMI jack - if present. You may have better luck unplugging power / replugging in the cable box first - or calling the cable company if you can't find settings for this. Once you have the output of the cable box to HDMI, select HDMI on the TV. If you still don't have it working - try bypassing the Denon and go directly into the TV from the cable box. Try it with BOTH HDMI cables. Also - try different inputs and out puts (HDMI 2, HDMI 3, etc.). Discard any HDMI cable that fails to show video and play audio.

Hello, the DVD play fine but tv mode, continually says no signal and screen is blue. Please help

You either have the DVD player plugged into the wrong input on the TV or the TV not set to that input. If using HDMI change the HDMI cord to another HDMI port on the the TV. In an Extreme case you have a bad connecting cord (either HDMI or other type.)

Hdmi inputs are not working on my mitsubishi WD65738 DLP

That TV is suppose to have automatic input detection but if it doesn't work you can press the input button on the remote and then use the arrows and enter to select the input you are trying to use.

This is a site where you can download a manual. I'm not familiar with Denen however, you should be able to go out of satellite receiver(HDMI) to your receiver input(tv/sat) then to your HDMI input on tv. Your receiver might show video and sound through another port of receivers options, ie; video 1, video 2, etc. Check all putput options for your picture and sound. Hope this helps.

When i plug my hdmi cable to playstation and the tv, i get no signal! when i plug that 3 different colour cable. i get good graphics.. how to fix my hdmi input for Ps3

plug both cables into tv select the input on tv that has the three different color cable plugged into it use this connection to navigate the menu on ps3 go into display settings and choose the option for 1080 p or 1080 i and then choose the input method of hdmi after doing so your picture will go blank you must then select the input on the tv that has the hdmi plugged into it your screen should then show the picture you must do this quickly because you only have 30 seconds or so to save the new settings before it resets back to the old output settings. click your x button to save and you should be well on your way to better graphics using the hdmi on your ps3!!

I have a new sony laptop with windows 7 and sony XBR6. Trying to hook up the laptop to the tv via HDMI. The laptop can 'see' the tv and the inputs menu on the TV shows there is something connected to that...

Hello. Do not use HDMI for this purpose, instead go to Walmart and get a usb cord that plugs into your tv. Then use the remote control for your TV to push input and locate your computer, usually at the bottom of the list. Regards, Joe

Hdmi cable is connected but no picture

sounds like the hdmi connection on the main board may be bad. try to use 2nd hdmi input if your tv has 2 hdmi inputs. trying using a a/v plug or rgb connection as well and see if you get a picture without the using the hdmi cord. finally, call tech support for you tv manufacturer and describe your problem and your troubleshooting and see if the issue is known and or covered by warranty. the service call is usually free. hope this helps
