Question about 2006 to 2007 Ford Freestar Tire Pressure Monitor Sensor Assembly SE
The headlights only work on dim. when you try to set the dimmer switch to bright, they turn completely off. When you pull the dimmer switch again, located on the steering column on the left side of the steering wheel, setting the lights back to dim, they come back on.
What you are referring to is the beam selector switch, i.e., low beam vs high beam. The headlight switch on the dash turns on the headlights set to low beam. Pulling the steering column lever toward you flashes the high beams; pushing the lever away from you turns on steady high beams. From your description, I believe you do not understand the function of the beam selector switch.
