The screen show blank, and wont start up unless i press where the bluetooth is located, then i hear a sound as if a usb device is connected. the sound goes on and off like that until it freezes again. i suspected the bluetooth device. So when i disconnected the bluetooth device from the main board. the problem stopped. What could be wrong with my bluetooth device. Please help.
Had the same problem... push on the bottom left hand corner of the computer and see if that makes it unfreeze if so... you have a bad coldsolder issue on the MOBO.. get it replaced or serviced... its a PITA (pain in the ***)

Tips for a great answer:
Click "Start" and type "wireless assistant" into the search box.
Click the "HP Wireless Assistant" entry in the list of results.
Locate the "Bluetooth" entry.
Click the "Turn On" button in the "Bluetooth" category to enable the Bluetooth antenna in your HP Pavilion.
Hope this helps
